Princess Mononoke - straight into the action setting up sense of mystery
Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones - classic opening typography and very clear (obvious) story setup. No mystery here.
Terminator 2: Judgment Day - chilling battle scene and opening narration from Sarah Connor
Transformers - Optimus Prime sets up the story for us before we are introduced to one of the main characters then straight into Decepticon action.
